Over 20 years, I led multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based solutions to direct healthcare strategy, planning, and operations of healthcare services. Using health analytics, business intelligence, and healthcare management, I led diverse projects of healthcare improvement, enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness, and safety of healthcare services. Over the last 7 years I published +50 studies and was granted my first innovation patent with IP Australia.
